Billy R. Whitlow, 84, of Overland Park, Kansas, formerly of Clinton, Missouri died Tuesday evening, January 16, 2018 at the Tallgrass Creek Retirement Community in Overland Park, Ks. Among surviving are his sons, Randel “Chip” Whitlow and Paul Whitlow. Arrangements are pending under the direction of the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton.
