2/20-Dale Gieselman(updated)

Dale Henry Gieselman, 84, of Urich, Missouri died Friday morning, February 16, 2018 at his home.

 

He was born November 2, 1933 in Urich, Mo., the son of Clarence Theodore Gieselman and Luella Louise (Munsterman) Gieselman.  He was united in marriage to Mary Ellen Trenary on April 4, 1964 in Urich.  She survives of the home.

 

Dale was employed as an auto body technician with Stayton Chevrolet, Readi Motors, Kahn Chevrolet, and Raysik Motors, retiring in 1999.  He faithfully served his country with the United States Army.  Dale graduated from the Urich High School, and is a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Urich.  He enjoyed gardening and reading, but his greatest joy was being with his family.

 

In addition to his wife, surviving are five daughters, Susan Davis and husband Mike, Raytown, MO, Connie Catron and husband Steve, Urich, MO, Jill Kounkel and husband Neal, Lee’s Summit, MO, Sandra Hassenpflug and husband Chris, Lee’s Summit, MO, and Tracie Gieselman-Holthaus and fiance Ben France, Ozark, MO; twelve grandchildren, Ashley Stanley and Macey Jacob and husband Josh, Dylan Bowling, Jeff Kounkel, John Kounkel, Andrew Hassenpflug; Erin Davis, Kyle Davis, Kelsey Davis, Matthew Davis, Ryan Catron and Doyle Catron; six great-grandchildren, Jayden, Maverick, Jace, Caleb, Lane and Ellie; two sisters, Sister Madonna Gieselman, Independence, MO and Bernadine Goth, Clinton, MO; several nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.

 

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Urich, MO.  Private family burial will be at a later date in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, MO.  Services are under the direction of the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton.  Condolences may be left online at www.bradleyhadley.com.
