Billie Lee Haynie
( November 06, 1951 – February 25, 2018 )
Sunday morning, on February 25th, the world lost a dedicated family man. Sergeant Billie Lee Haynie, born November 6, 1951, accomplished a great deal in his life. He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant during the Vietnam War as well as being active in the reserves. He owned and operated Bill L. Haynie Home Improvement for many years. His greatest accomplishment, though, was his family. Bill Haynie is survived by his true love, Regina Haynie, as well as his 5 children, Anthony Lett, Stacy Labbe, Sarah Keefer, William Haynie, and Rozanne Sauer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren. In his final years, Bill worked for the City of Clinton at the compost yard. A job he very much enjoyed as he was able to meet many people from the community.
Bill’s family will be receiving visitors at his home at 2200 N. Antioch Dr. on Wednesday, February 28 from 5-7pm. No other services will be held per Bill’s request.
