Roger C. Prewett, age 76 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018 at his home in Clinton. Fond memories and condolences may be left online at www.vansant-millsfuneralhome.com. Roger’s wishes were to be cremated with a private family service.

Roger was born July 4, 1942 in Rolla, Missouri. Roger farmed for 30 years and was an auctioneer for Prewett Auction services in Clinton and Warrensburg for 26 years until his retirement. Roger was a member of the National Farmer’s Organization and the Missouri Auctioneers Association.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Dolphus Prewett and Alice Prewett and his son-in-law Chris Swope.

Roger is survived by his wife, Lucille (Lou) Prewett, son, Steven (Barbara) Prewett, daughter, Kim Swope, grandsons, Dalton and Derek Swope, siblings, Carolyn (Vertle) Blackwell, and Andrew Prewett (Nica Hunt).

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton, Missouri.
