Jennifer Dannelle (Dunning) Hughes, loving mother and beloved daughter and sister, was welcomed into her heavenly home on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Jennifer was born September 22, 1978 in Clinton, Missouri. She was the third child and only daughter of Robert Lincoln Dunning (Bob) and Norma Jo ( Radford) Dunning, of Clinton, Mo.
She became a licensed CNA at the age of 18, was considered an LPN in the state of Oregon, and had her own home health care business for a while. Jennifer devoted her life to helping others. She loved being goofy, laughing, and enjoying life. She loved to travel and her favorite spot was the Oregon coast of the Pacific Ocean.
Of all the things in life, her most beloved thing was her children and her family. She gave of herself and cherished being a mother.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three children, Jacob Hughes and Nicholas Hughes, and Lillian Walker; two brothers, John (Rob) Dunning and Bill (Angie) Dunning; nephew, Noah Dunning; niece, Jillian Dunning; her grandfather R.L. Dunning; and numerous extended family members. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joan and Norman Radford and Elizabeth Dunning.
Memorial services will be at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton, Mo. Pastor Billy Dunning will officiate. The family will receive friends just prior to the service from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
