Candiss was born to William J. Cason and Patricia Anne Wilson on April 7, 1962 in Clinton, Missouri.
Candiss was preceded in death by her brother Patrick.
Among survivors are her father William J. Cason and Step-Mother Lois of Clinton, Missouri, her brothers Brian Cason Menoo Park, California and William W. Cason of Sante Fe, New Mexico.
