Jerry Wayne Doll, 70, of Urich, Missouri died Saturday morning, July 29, 2017 at the Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Mo.
He was born July 30, 1946 in Clinton, Mo., the son of Max Fern Doll and Margaret May (Ross) Doll.
Jerry married Karen Louise Dechman in Creighton, Mo., on October 26, 1964, and she survives of the home.
Jerry and Karen operated their dairy farm until retiring in 2014. They also threw the Kansas City Star newspaper. He was a member of Lucas United Methodist Church. He was in the final graduating class of Urich High School, Urich, Mo.
In addition to his wife Karen, surviving are one daughter, Jerri Lynn (Doll) Chandler and husband Glenn, Creighton, Mo.; two grandchildren, Krista Lynn Gregory and husband Michael and Austin Gene Chandler; three great-grandchildren, Colton Gregory, Clayton Gregory and Garrett Gregory; and one brother, Gary Ray Doll, Urich, Mo. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Lucas United Methodist Church, southwest of Urich, Mo. Interment will be in Mullin Cemetery, Urich, Mo. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton, Mo.
